For this photo shoot we were really inspired the romance found in the Great Gatsby. We wanted to portray the idealized and ethereal love. The custom beaded English knit gown is both airy and light, giving a sense of wistful fancy, almost as if the bride could breeze right through the beautiful garden or wildflowers. The bride is introduced by the adorable ring barer and is then escorted by her spritely flower girl. The delicate doily accents bring a whimsical innocence to the mix while the pops of color in the decorations and flowers add sweetness. Speaking of sweet, the 7-layer wedding cake is as intricate and beautiful as it is delicious. Other delicious confections included the white cupcakes, pink lemonade, pink gumballs, cotton candy, and of course the sticks of rock candy—which served to bring out the feeling of vintage nostalgia. Another addition comes from the lovely stationary; the invitations, the menu and place cards all add to the vintage feel.
